With regard to this website, Soundings, LLC views confidentiality and privacy as of paramount importance. We cannot emphasize this enough. No one likes to get unsolicited mail or phone calls. We’re no different—and, we’re disgusted and irritated by spam as much as you. So, here’s our website Privacy Policy in simple language.

We will never, ever share your personal name or information with anyone—not to any individual, nor to any organization—without your explicit permission. Period...It’s that simple.

Any policies pertaining exclusively to privacy and confidentiality in the actual delivery of services, such as phone, remote video or teleconference, or, face-to-face consultations to an individual, group, or organization, are in their entirety, governed by separate Training & Coaching Agreement, and are in no way connected to this Website Privacy Policy.

Therefore, in consideration of the forgoing, we at Soundings, LLC take your website privacy very seriously. Our primary goal in collecting information from you on our website is to provide you with an easy, customized experience while you use our services or purchase our products. Except as otherwise provided in this Website Privacy Policy, we do not disclose any personally identifiable information about you to any third party without your permission, unless required to do so by law. (a) “The Company,” “we,” or “our” refers to Soundings, LLC;

(b) “Service(s)” refers to any service(s) and communications (including email) provided by the Company, or product(s) offered for purchase.

(c) “Client” is defined as any person, group, company, organization, Limited Liability Company, corporation, or entity that has contracted with or entered into any other written agreement with the Company for consultation Service(s), and/or participated in an in-person or remote consultation, seminar, training or workshop at any time, past or present;

2. What information does the the Company gather and track?

In general, we collect information about you in the following ways:

Registration

When you register or purchase any of the Company Service(s), we may ask how you heard about the Company. The more information you provide (and the more accurate it is), the better we are able to customize and provide Service(s) and products to suit the needs and preferences of our Clients (e.g. program, training, and product development, etc.). When you register for any of the Company Service(s), we may ask that you give us non-personal information such as the purpose for your request as well as the name of the referral source (if any). We may also ask that you give us personal information such as your name, email address, zip code, telephone number, and gender. When you register for Service(s), we may ask that you provide us with additional information, such as your mailing address, credit card number and credit card expiration date for payment for Service(s) or products.

Usage Tracking/Hardware/Software/Cookies

While you are on any of our web sites, we automatically track information related to your use of the Company Service(s). This information may include (among other things) files viewed by the user, domain name and a user's path through our web sites. 4. Does the Company share Client account information?

As a general rule (except as otherwise noted in this Privacy Policy), the Company will never disclose any of your personal information without your permission, except under special circumstances, such as when mandated by law.

Business Partners: In addition to disclosing personal information to agents who provide Service(s)s to you on the Company’s behalf (please see below), the Company may disclose your personal information to business partners only with your permission, and is specifically described to you prior to data collection or prior to transferring the data. Since it is necessary for us to contact you regarding certain matters, you may not opt-out of receiving messages relating to material company announcements or policy changes, or administrative matters relating to your account, like billing, collections, customer support or the like.

The Company services are not intended for use by children without the supervision by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please do not use the site or contact the Company if you are under the age of 18.

12. Discussion Boards

The Company allows Clients and subscribing Visitors to get more involved with our website by offering discussion boards (e.g., forums, blogs, etc.), and other means of online communication and collaboration available to its Clients and Visitors. Please note that by submitting a comment or writing to a discussion board on this portion of the website, you are authorizing us to post your story on our website. If you include any personally identifiable information in this blog or forum such as your name or hometown, this information may be posted on the website as well. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information in a public forum such as a discussion board.

The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to terminate, cancel, remove, or delete any information posted on its discussion boards at its discretion and without cause, and to remove and permanently bar any Client or Visitor from such discussion boards that the Company believes is necessary due to inappropriate behavior by the Client or Visitor on the discussion boards. Such behavior will include but not be limited to the use of profanity (inferred or explicit), slander, derogatory comments, harassment, or, use of sexual innuendo’s, phrases, or comments.

This Privacy Policy, last updated March 26, 2016, supersedes any and all previous Privacy Policy and fully governs the use of the Company'swebsites.
